The Helper rank is the first step into the Galaxy Network staff team.

Helpers are the front line of our community. They:

Assist players with questions and issues

Help keep chat clean and respectful

Report and deal with rule-breaking

Support events and gameplay

Act as role models for the server

You don’t need to know everything, you just need to be willing to help and learn.

We’re not looking for power-hungry mods. We’re looking for people who are:

Friendly and respectful

Calm under pressure

Fair and honest

Active on the server

Good communicators

Being mature and trustworthy matters more than being good at PvP or building.
